Customized Plans CISI is pleased to offer customized group plans to institutions, organizations, and companies interested in securing one comprehensive mandatory group insurance plan for all program participants. Depending on the number of participants you have and the duration of your program(s), we can work with you on customizing a group plan specific to the needs of your participants. One set of benefits for all participants: Group plans ensure that all of your participants have the same benefits and assistance services and are insured under one common plan. One rate for all ages: Group plans offer the same monthly or term rate for each participant regardless of varying ages. Positive program perception: Many programs have already chosen a mandatory group plan and have included the cost of the plan in their program fees. Students and parents continue to look for value in a cultural exchange experience. Insurance is a concern for everyone these days. Parental plans often do not cover overseas medical expenses and rarely cover emergency evacuation/repatriation or emergency assistance services. By putting a mandatory plan in place you are showing potential applicants that you have experience and forethought and that participant welfare and safety is important to your program. Ease of administration: When a group plan is implemented each participant on your program will be insured. Time is saved by not having to review each participant's individual policy to make sure it meets your program's minimum insurance requirements. You send us the final list of participants and coverage dates for each program and we take care of enrollment and the creation of a detailed invoice from which payment can be made. Annual policy review: Group plans are reviewed every year to ensure that coverages meet the needs of your program(s) and comply with any government or industry requirements or standards.
