  You are not eligible for CISI Insurance. Please visit the website of our sister organization, CareMed Insurance if you are interested in enrolling in an insurance plan for travel outside of the U.S.

  
  
• I am an International Student (F-1 visa holder) or Scholar (J-1 visa holder) studying or training in the U.S.
  

  Online enrollment is not available for F-1 visa and J-1 visa holders. Please download and print the International Student and Scholars Insurance Enrollment Form (PDF).
