If you have a customized group plan with CISI, the best method
for enrollment requests is via the enrollment template. For a copy
of the template, please contact CISI. Complete the template and
e-mail it to enrollments@culturalinsurance.com.
It depends on the plan. Since group plans are fully customizable,
a group plan may or may not include home country coverage.
Turnaround for claim payments is generally 2-3 weeks from receipt
date. To check the status of your claim, contact CISI at
(800) 303-8120 from 9AM to 5PM EST.

Because group plans are customizable, those plans may or may not
include pre-existing condition coverage. Pre-existing conditions
are covered in the case of medical evacuation. If you are unsure
about your benefits, please contact a Benefit Analyst at (800)
303-8120, option #1. Please have your policy number ready.
On an individual plan the minimum coverage period is one month. But,
on a customized group plan, the options are unlimited. Customize
your policy with daily, weekly, monthly, term, semester, or annual
coverage periods and premiums.
The billing contact will be invoiced for enrollments. Payment
is due upon receipt of the invoice. Acceptable payment methods
include: check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or American
Express.
Yes, you may request an enrollment template by contacting the Plan
Administrator at cisiwebadmin@culturalinsurance.com. Enrollments
will be processed in-house and all materials will be mailed to
the leader/contact of the program.
Tell the participants to contact the provider to be sure that they
have the correct insurance information on file and that a claim
has been submitted directly to CISI. If so, tell the participant
to contact CISI to check the status of the claim at (800) 303-8120,
option # 1 or e-mail cisiwebadmin@culturalinsurance.com.
