On-line enrollment has been added to the CISI- BOLDUC website for Rotary International Youth
Exchange programs. Students and Districts may now directly purchase insurance on-line with a credit card payment and receive their insurance materials back the same day via the e-mail address provided in the “Contact Information of Home Country” section of the application.
Please note: the insurance materials will NOT be mailed in addition to the e-mail if enrolling on-line. To enroll, visit the CISI-Bolduc Online Enrollment page here. Then click on the “Online Enrollment” tab and continue from there.

Students must read and accept the eligibility of insurance agreement to access the insurance application. The application will require credit card details, home and host Rotary district numbers, the name and address of their host family or District Chairman in the host country, and a tentative or exact exchange start date to complete. A confirmation page will be shown after successful completion of the application and acceptance of payment. This confirmation page will give the student their ID number and advise they will shortly receive an e-mail with their insurance materials. Students should print this page for their records. The e-mail will include an ID card, the policy booklet, and a claim form.
