Cultural Insurance Services International Names Douglas Turaj Account Executive for CISI-BOLDUC Rotary Youth Exchange Programs
STAMFORD, Conn. — Cultural Insurance Services International (CISI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Douglas Turaj to Account Executive for CISI-BOLDUC, where he will support Rotary Youth Exchange programs and serve as a primary resource for Rotary districts and program leaders around the world.
In his new role, Doug will oversee client relationships and provide day-to-day support for Rotary Youth Exchange organizations, helping ensure program administrators, students, and volunteers receive the responsive service and expertise they need throughout the year.
Doug brings a unique combination of international exchange experience and operational knowledge to the position. He began his career in the cultural exchange field with Academic Year in America (AYA), where he supported international high school exchange students as they adapted to life in the United States. Working closely with students, host families, and Local Coordinators, he developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that accompany international exchange programs.
Since joining CISI in 2022, Doug has built extensive knowledge of the company’s operations through roles on both the Claims Administration and Customer Service teams. His experience across multiple departments has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of CISI’s insurance programs, claims processes, and client service operations.
“Doug’s background in student exchange and his hands-on experience across our organization make him exceptionally well-suited for this role,” said Linda Langin, President of Cultural Insurance Services International. “He understands the needs of Rotary Youth Exchange programs and has demonstrated a strong commitment to client service. We are excited to have him take on this leadership position and continue supporting our Rotary partners.”
Doug said he is looking forward to working more closely with Rotary Youth Exchange leaders and volunteers.
“I am honored to take on this role and continue serving the Rotary community,” said Doug. “My experience in both international exchange and client support has shown me how important these programs are for students and communities around the world. I look forward to building strong relationships with our partners and helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence.”
Outside of work, Doug enjoys hiking throughout New York and New England, running, and reading. His passion for exploring new places and perspectives reflects the same spirit of cultural exchange that has guided his professional career.
